WellTogether is a nonprofit dedicated to extending essential health and relief services to underserved and hard to reach communities through mobile deployment, collaborative outreach, and rapid response that supports accessible services and local partners.
OUR STORY
Established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, WellTogether addresses growing disparities in healthcare access and disaster response, driven by changes in systems like Medicare and Medicaid, hospital closures, and climate related crises. We close critical gaps by delivering culturally competent services directly to historically marginalized communities, removing barriers like transportation, cost, time, language, and distrust. Building on proven expertise from the leadership team managing national campaigns, we turn relationships and an integrated platform into lasting health equity and resilience, one community at a time.
