Bringing Care Closer to Cambridge
WellTogether is launching in Cambridge, Maryland with a community-centered event designed to connect individuals and families with health resources, local support, and helpful services.
Join us on Monday, July 6, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at One Mission Cambridge for free health screenings, community resources, access to a food pantry and resource center, and an opportunity to learn more about WellTogether’s mission to bring care directly to the communities that need it most.
No appointment is needed. Community members are welcome to stop by, receive care, connect with resources, and learn more about WellTogether’s work to support healthier, stronger communities.

Diabetes screening
Cholesterol screening
Kidney and liver function testing
Primary care-level bloodwork
Rapid infectious disease testing
Services will be provided onsite by Health Betterment Initiative.
