Bringing Care Closer to Wheaton
WellTogether is launching in Wheaton, Maryland with a community-centered event designed to bring health resources, partner support, and essential services closer to the people who need them most.
Join us on Tuesday, July 7, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Marian Fryer Town Plaza for free health screenings, local partner resources, health education, and opportunities to connect with services that support healthier, stronger communities.
No appointment is needed. Community members are welcome to stop by, receive care, ask questions, and learn more about WellTogether’s work to expand access to trusted health and wellness resources.
